Membran 2024
"Membran" is a piece for a dancer, transducers, and objects. It is a collaboration between Bartosz Przybylski, Marijana Janevska, and Artefiktion e. V. "Membran" delineates a boundary – and thus also the before and the after, or the inside and the outside. It is rigid or permeable, but it always demands a reaction, an attitude towards it: it urges caution, challenges courage, encourages transgression or retreat. "Membran" defines the space – both real and virtual, physical and mental. In ever-new boundaries, it provokes the search, the risk, the longing.
